DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin Tuesday Jan 9^th 1:00PM Central Time. Every 120 seconds an item will begin to close.    The closing time will automatically extend an additional 2 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of the lot closing.

Example on bidding. If a person puts a bid of $1000.00 and the 2nd place bidder places a bid of $700. It will raise the person with the high bid to $800.00. It will not automatically take a person to the highest bid they have submitted.

Every 2 minutes an item will begin to close.  When there is a bid on an item it will extend for 2 minutes.

The auction company will be on site Sat Dec 30^th and Friday Jan 5^th.  Equipment will also be available sitting outside for inspection on Sat Jan 6^th during daylight hours.
