Directions: 4 miles east of Effingham IL on U.S. Hwy 40 (Only 1 mile east of Teutopolis, IL or 3.5 miles west of Montrose, IL on U.S. Hwy 40.) Due to theft the large auction building will be locked up. Nobody can view auction items unless accompanied by auction staff!

AGE REQUIREMENT: All bidders must be at least 18 years of age to purchase.

 

Every 15 Seconds an item will begin to close. When there is a bid on an item it will extend for 2 minutes.

 

Fraudulent bidders will be prosecuted.

 

Bid Increments: $1.00 to $100.00 is 1$. $101 to $1000.00 is $10. $1001.00 to $10,000.00 is $25.00. $10,001 and up is $100.00 Example on bidding. If a person puts a bid of $100.00 and the 2nd place bidder places a bid of $50. It will raise the person with the high bid to $51.00. It will not automatically take a person to the highest bid they have submitted.
