Tracts 1, 2 and 3 all seller’s mineral, oil, and gas title, if any, will pass without warranty of title or title evidence. Sellers are retaining their oil interest in Tract 4 so long as production continues. Bidding is by the acre. The final bid price will be multiplied by the total number of acres in each tract. Such number will be put on the purchase agreement. All tracts offered individual tracts are by the acre, as previously mentioned. Farming rights granted at closing or after the current crop is removed. The crop belongs to the current farm tenant. Pre-bidding on land will begin on Sat, October 26th @ 8:00am Central Time.
