New, out-of-state Schmid Auction customers paying with a check must accompany the check with a bank verification/confirmation letter. Such letter must include the bank's address and website along with the banker's name and phone number. The information provided will allow us to contact the bank.

DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin Friday December27th @ 10:00am. An item will begin to close every 60 seconds. The closing time will automatically extend an additional 2 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of the lot closing. Every 60 Seconds an item will begin to close. When there is a bid on an item it will extend for 2 minutes.
